Meet Christian

Christian Tiedge

With over five years of experience in the mental health field, I bring a deep and compassionate understanding to the complexities of individual growth and healing.

I hold a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Alliant International University, and I specialize in working with individuals navigating trauma, addiction, career transitions, relationship and communication struggles, personal roadblocks, and patterns of distorted thinking.

My coaching style is collaborative, practical, and insight-driven. I operate from a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS) framework, with a strong emphasis on trauma-informed decision making. I believe that healing and change are most effective when clients are able to gain insight and take ownership of their growth. I integrate practical tools with emotional exploration, helping clients understand the roots of their challenges, while equipping them with strategies for lasting transformation.

At the heart of my work is a passion for helping people become the best version of themselves. I am committed to supporting clients in breaking free from dysfunctional patterns of thinking and behavior rooted in early developmental experiences, so they can move forward with clarity and purpose.

I offer both in-person 1-on-1 coaching sessions. If you’re interested in exploring whether we may be a good fit and how I may assist, I’m happy to offer a free 15-minute consultation, either in person or over the phone, to connect and answer any questions you may have.
